Teams of technical experts and business analysts support the three Practice Managers. By working in harmony with them we’ve nearly eradicated the additional support costs of a newly acquired business unit through the installation of an IP Telephony system which can be maintained and administered remotely – from 150 miles away. Not only this, we have worked even closer with them to make sure the integration of the new system and adoption by users was problem free and fruitful.
