IntelliReach Appoints Security Industry Pioneer Shaun Mcconnon To Its Board Of Directors

- Security industry leader Shaun McConnon brings a wealth of expertise to IntelliReach's board

Dedham, Mass. - June 1, 2004 - IntelliReach Corporation, the leader in integrated compliance, security and management solutions for corporate messaging environments, announced today the appointment of Mr. Shaun McConnon to its board of directors. Mr. McConnon is the founder of two Boston-area computer security companies, Raptor Systems, Inc. and Okena, Inc., directing both through successful acquisitions by larger companies. He currently serves as CEO of Q1 Labs.

Mr. McConnon currently serves as CEO of Q1 Labs, a leading information security company in Waltham, Massachusetts. Previously, he served as CEO of next-generation security company, Okena, Inc., from inception to its successful acquisition by Cisco Systems in April 2003. He also served as CEO of Raptor Systems, a leading firewall security company, directing it through a successful IPO and then its sale to Axent Technologies, later acquired by Symantec. Prior to joining Raptor, Mr. McConnon held various executive positions in sales, marketing and operations with Sun Microsystems, most recently as managing director of Australian and New Zealand operations.
