Katsuhiko Noda Joins Parasoft Japan As Country Director





Industry Veteran's Leadership to Increase the Level of Service and Support to Japanese Customers

November 8, 2005 Monrovia, CA. Parasoft Corporation, leading provider of automated software error prevention solutions, announced today that IT industry veteran Katsuhiko Noda has been appointed Director of Parasoft Japan. Noda will be responsible for building a Professional Services organization that will support the growing base of Parasoft customers in the Japanese market and assist their implementation of Parasoft Automated Error Prevention solutions.

"Noda brings to Parasoft a strong understanding of various IT issues affecting companies in Japan," said Thomas Chen, President of Parasoft Asia. "Our Japan office, under Noda's leadership, will enable Parasoft to expand our presence in Japan and increase the level of service and support that we provide to our Japanese customers."

Katsuhiko Noda has 20 years of experience in the IT industry as system engineer, project manager, and IT architect. Before joining the Parasoft team, Noda spent six years with IBM Rational and Rational Software Japan, where he held various senior level positions, including Senior IT Architect, Professional Service Manager, and Strategic Service Organization. Noda also spent eight years with Sumitomo Metal Industries, where he launched the software development tool business.

Noda will work closely with Techmatrix, Parasoft's exclusive distribution partner in Japan, to support direct sales of Parasoft software solutions and provide professional services to support the increasingly expansive deployments of Parasoft products.

Techmatrix is solution provider for eBusiness, providing a wide variety of solutions, from network infrastructure and computer security to eBusiness application platforms and solutions.
