Zix Corporation and xDefenders, inc. Become Partners

DALLAS & ROCHESTER, N.Y.--June 1, 2005--Zix Corporation (ZixCorp(R)), (Nasdaq:ZIXI), a global provider of secure e-messaging, e-prescribing, and e-transaction applications and services, and xDefenders, inc., a provider of protection services for confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems, networks, and information assets, today announced a reseller agreement. xDefenders will become a value-added reseller for ZixCorp's eSecure solutions, including ZixVPM(R) (Virtual Private Messenger) enterprise-wide email encryption service, ZixMail(R) desktop email encryption service, ZixAuditor(R) assessment tool, and ZixPort(R) custom branded portal solution.
