Businesses Prefer Best-of-Bread Security Solutions

In a monthly poll of IT professionals, over two-third of businesses would prefer best-of-bread security solutions for each model, while 25 percent would prefer an integrated solution from one vendor.

These are the results of a survey, conducted by Sunbelt, among system administrators, IT managers, consultants and home users.

According to Ian Masters, sales director at Sunbelt Software, the results of the survey were reassuring due to the fact that businesses are taking information security threats seriously.

“Organizations now know that security breaches can have massive implications on their business and best-of-breed solutions are the most effective way of managing information security,” said Masters.
