Astaro Corporation, a leader in providing unified threat management security solutions, today announced the products it will be exhibiting on its stand (978) at Infosec, 25th-27th April at the Grand Hall, Olympia, London. Astaro will be previewing the worldıs first network assurance email encryption gateway, Astaro Security Gateway V7, as well as the latest version of its enterprise class Astaro Report Manager.
Furthermore, Michael Frings, Senior Project Manager at Astaro, will be hosting a Business Strategy seminar at 10.40am on Day Two, 26th April,
entitled: Complex email security made easy and affordable. Michaelıs presentation will look into how todayıs messaging landscape consists of hundreds of types of messaging systems fighting through a vast load of malware attacking all email communication and he will suggest how privacy and security can be achieved through ever-evolving UTM appliances.
Targeted at companies who want advanced security without the complexity and costs of existing technologies, the Astaro Security Gateway V7 will be the first UTM appliance that offers customers the unique choice of activating e-mail encryption on the central gateway for all of the clients inside the network. Outgoing and incoming e-mail traffic is automatically encrypted and decrypted (via PGP or S/MIME), transparently for the selected users. Centralised security scans that eliminate virus, spam and phishing attacks enable a cost-effective and user-friendly company security policy.
With Astaro Security Gateway V7 Astaro integrates Utimacoıs cutting-edge e-mail encryption technologies into its award winning software which provides e-mail security, web security, and network security on a single management platform. Astaro and Utimaco Safeware AG (www.utimaco.com), one of the leading suppliers of data security solutions, have recently announced that they have entered into a broad technology collaboration agreement.
The new Astaro Report Manager V4.2 delivers enterprise-class reporting for network assurance appliances by adding powerful monitoring, event correlation and advanced alerting capabilities to Astaro Security Gateways.
This security data collection and reporting tool that makes it easy to collect, correlate and analyse data from Astaro Security Gateway appliances, as well as other security gateways from vendors such as Check Point or Cisco.
