Mobile Top Level Domain Ltd Extends Commitment to a Mobile-Friendly Internet - Names New Executives

DUBLIN, Ireland, January 25, 2006 - Mobile Top Level Domain Ltd, (mTLD) the registry behind the new '.mobi' (dotmobi) internet domain, today announced the appointment of two key executives to its management team: Alexa Raad, Vice President of marketing and business development and Norbert Grey, Vice President of registry operations and finance. These appointments underscore mTLD's commitment to launch the dotmobi domain in the first half of 2006.

"With almost two billion mobile users around the world constantly on the move, use of the new dotmobi domain will effectively switch on the internet from mobile devices," said Neil Edwards, General Manager of mTLD "We are delighted to welcome Alexa and Norbert to mTLD's executive team. Their knowledge and experience will greatly benefit dotmobi's introduction during 2006".

Alexa Raad brings 18 years of experience from the telecommunications, payments, and internet sectors. Ms Raad has proven experience with start-ups and launching global initiatives in both the internet and the broader Telecom technology markets. In her role at mTLD she will be responsible for dotmobi product management, policy, marketing, and business development. Prior to joining mTLD, Alexa held senior marketing and business development positions for 5 years in VeriSign's dotcom division. She has also held product and business development positions at Bell Atlantic (now Verizon) and AT&T Business Networks, managing the first foray and subsequent launch of internet services for both companies. Alexa has a Masters in Information Systems as well as an MBA in International Business from George Washington University.

Norbert Grey joins mTLD as VP finance & administration, responsible for all of mTLD's finance, registry operations, legal, and HR. Norbert brings more than 15 years of finance experience from a career spanning banking, IT, telecommunications and tourism. He was most recently a senior member of the management team with the mobile operator Digicel, managing the financial rollout of services in St. Lucia and Grenada. Prior to that at Fineos Corporation, Norbert oversaw the growth of the company, managing from small start-up through to private placement to ultimately employing 250 staff globally. Norbert is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B.SC (Mgmt) from Trinity College Dublin.
