Dobson Selects Mobile Streams as Mobile Content Partner

RICHMOND, VA, 13 July 2005 - Mobile Streams, the global mobile music and media specialist, announced today an agreement with Dobson Cellular Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Dobson Communications Corporation (Nasdaq: DCEL), a leading wireless provider in the US with over 1.5 million subscribers, selecting Mobile Streams as a premier provider of mobile content.
Mobile Streams will provide ringtones and mobile backgrounds to Dobson’s WAP portal, giving Dobson subscribers access to the latest and best quality mobile content. As part of the service, Mobile Streams will also be customizing its Ringtones.com consumer site so that it is available for Dobson customers in the US.
