Telecom Advanced Solutions has launched Service+, an off-the-shelf wireless job dispatch and management solution that helps maximise the productivity of mobile field forces. Service+ allows field force workers to manage job or service requests on the move using a wireless Smartphone that connects to a central work force management system. By streamlining administrative processes including job despatching and reporting, traditional paper based processes and time sheets can be eliminated. Service+ enables more effective field force management and leaves more time for dealing with customers.
