Anonymizer has announced that Anonymizer Anonymous Surfing is now available for SanDisk’s line of Cruzer Micro and Cruzer Titanium USB flash drives, utilizing U3 Technology.
U3 is a new platform for smart drives that enable a personal, private and secure workspace on any Microsoft Windows XP or 2000 PC. The devices are able to launch a variety of “U3 smart” software programs, including the first U3 smart identity protection solution, Anonymizer Anonymous Surfing.
This software package protects the identity of users when surfing the Internet, and ensures secure browsing at any computer. It also safeguards users with proactive protection against critical online security threats, such as phishing scams and pharming attacks.
“Now, Internet users can protect their identities when accessing the Web from any computer, anywhere in the world,” said Lee Itzhaki, Anonymizer’s director of product management. “With U3 Technology and SanDisk Cruzers, you take your identity protection with you everywhere.”
“One of the most frequently requested U3 programs is secure browsing,” said Daniel Shefer, director of business development, SanDisk. “Anonymizer’s leading identity protection capabilities are a natural fit with our showcase of industry-leading software.”
